I didn't know there were still Video For Windows balls. Then again, that is the most advanced tech I would let Mayer be in charge of.
And why the hell do people need to be briefed about freakin' iGoogle themes? Was it a slow quarter? Just put the damn JPEGs on your official blog or something, we can take it from there.
Do you also brief the press when you put up new wallpaper in the 'plex? Hmmm, I imagine you do.
Oh, I'm sorry, it's themes for CAUSES. For a second there, I thought I walked into a PETA convention.
I mean, if it weren't for the awareness raising pixel panda I would have forever withheld my donation to the WWF, thinking my money would go to the Bret Hart relief fund.
Too many energy drinks again. I really should stop.
I like Google, but why don't they just let people pick their own colors and graphics?
It's almost as if they limit user's ability to control the look of their "desktop" just so they can make such a big deal of all the "wonderful" artsy things they do on your behalf. Not only is this stuff not rocket science, it's not even computer science. It's the same sort of artificially limited stuff we get from MS and Apple just so they can add a dead simple feature in the next release.
Most of the Google provided themes are downright annoying in actual use. The best ones come from users and have gradually bubbled up to the top. But for gods sake just let me set colors the way I want them (I don't particularity care for jpegs in my backgrounds).
"Hideous"?? She's nothing more than a vague blur. Thanks to your constant hounding, this poor woman has been forced to wear a scramble suit for her public appearances.
The AIG logo? That's just a reminder Google is too big to fail.
That site is hilarious. I think there's a UK morning show that did a similar spoof... they would show match highlights but announce them like they were on ESPN with cheesy American accents.
