    @misha trotsky: I like the pop-up Jesus book. Maybe a pop-up leper who looses digits and such when handled? A pop-up rock that rolls away from the front of a cave as you open to its page. How about a pop-up Jesus traveling the Silk Road to India where he learns to become an Avatar? That's probably too much to ask for.
