If you read the excellent article in Vanity Fair from Madoff's secretary's POV, you will see Ruth knew what was what. She's getting off easy here. The whole thing was so orchestrated and premeditated, it's shameful.

I already don't remember her face but that's because she looks like most upper east side, Long Island and Palm Beach wives. I wouldn't be able to pick her out of a line-up with lobster bibs and white zinfandel.

@therealgoogle: Judging by her resemblance to my mother, I'm going to go with Sauvignon Blanc as the correct answer. But cheap. For some reason, ladies who look like that drink cheap Sauvignon Blanc, which is I guess good for Ruth since that's one less lifestyle change she'll need to make.

@Helennellieforsythe: No, that's what happens when people who used to fight aging with knives and needles can no longer afford to do so. The age pops out in the most interesting places. I hope she stays in the press long enough for age's grand finale. I also hope the press stays around long enough for that, too.
