    Did anybody else see the "Dateline" episode where John Hockenberry bitchslapped Stossel for his ridiculously biased reporting on the Americans with Disabilities Act? Man, that was sweet. There's a transcript here.

    Regarding news that Stossel's moved to Fox, my only question is why it took so long. He's never been anything but a propagandist; his idea of getting a range of opinion is asking someone from the American Enterprise Institute and the Cato Institute. I'm sure it felt like a homecoming.

    @Mediahohoho: I'd say the moment the "opposition," or whatever the hell, designated him their spokesperson for widely distributed YouTube clips he stopped being fair and balanced on the issue. But hey, I'm just a member of the unwashed who doesn't want to go broke trying to pay for basic health care services. My opinion, according to this video, doesn't count.

    @katastic: He's abominable, just effing awful. I used to watch his video packages for the ridiculous hyperbole to chuckle about how bad they were--always spoke to the conservative point of view. On this subject? Not funny.at.all.

    There is a very clever thing that do- categorize the offended & offenders victim & aggressor & the liar& non-liar as one and the same. Fox and MSNBC are often categorized as one the same. Keith Olbermann is a straight up liberal and has not tried to hide that fact, O'Reilly brands himself as an "independent. Olbermann does attack the Fox and the right with FACTS, while their attacks are based on lies and misrepresentations. They are however often treated as one as the same. Bush I talking about how bad the media has gotten and singling out Olbermann and Rachel Maddow as "sick puppies". This is a really easy psychology 101 priming but still quite effective. #johnstossel
