    Hiii, Bonnie Jo!

She's from my town and helped teach one of my college creative-writing classes using her novel Q Road, which is a great book, by the way. Hell of a nice lady. I don't doubt she was thrilled to be there and she deserved it.

I love looking at pictures from parties like this. I don't even know why. I just love it.

In the one picture, Coen kind of looks like a cross between Natasha Lyonne and Chloe from 24. And I mean that in a good way.

@pureblarney: Cajun was captioned in the Vice Haloween party post - I'm so used to his voice/writing that actually seeing him totally freaked me out! I guess you just build up a metal image of someone over time and sometimes its totally wrong (though at times spot-on e.g: Keith Gessen and Emily Gould ha!) Its the same with Radio DJ's.

So how would this work with a Kindle (if they ever distribute them that way)? Would you walk around with the screen facing out and the title page showing?

Also, Same with parties in the New York Literati scene...? I guess you can balance your white wine and cheese on the status galley, spine facing out, of course.
