    @mattchew03: TMZ must have had some legal restriction on even acknowledging the tape existed. What's its excuse for not even identifying the tape's existence those many months ago? They don't have to show the tape to do that.

    I really don't think TMZ makes any moral distinction between a sex tape and a picture of a battered woman. #tmz
