"stick his conservative Republican wee-wee in Chapur's ladybox?" There ya go, Cajun! Way to avoid the use of the verb "to bone" in any, even participial form. We salute you.

Is anyone else getting the vibe of that scene in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" where Paul/Fred is reading the kiss-off letter from José da Silva Pereira, delivered to Holly by "a cousin"?

I once had a gorgeous white wolf/german shepherd dog, which was strong willed and too active for his own good. He once dug a hole into the foundation of my house. Another time, he actually chewed the eaves under all the windows OFF. In a weekend. He was eventually killed, after digging under the fence, and then getting hit by a car. He was crossing the road to get to a bitch in heat.

Further explanation regarding the moral of the story is redundant.

Why does a pill-popping, sedentary, morbidly- obese limpdick like Rush Limbaugh get to continue roaming the earth tormenting civilization, while the King of Pop and the OxiClean yeller are taken away? Why cruel universe, why?

It's a well known karmic principle that mean people live forever. Freaks however, are harvested as soon as they are ripe. Which of course means I am close to the inevitable curtain call. But I can't be bothered about that.

    1. I won't speak about my private life as it just belongs to me. It has already been made too public during these last days, bringing to me even more pain.

TRANSLATION: I'M SORRY I GOT CAUGHT.

(p.s. to argentine idiot: if you don't want things to be public, DON'T FUCK A GOVERNOR. What a dumb bitch).

@Pope John Peeps II: A MARRIED governor. Can't feel sorry for her. Maybe she should have thought of her two kids before this (and by "this," I mean "she") went down?

@Pope John Peeps II: To be fair, the governor of South Carolina is ordinarily a low-key position involving ribbon cuttings at local Piggly Wigglys and taking kickbacks for yet another mammonth industrial hog farming operation.

Interestingly, Mr. Sanford is on the record as being against civil unions for gay couples and in favor of defining marriage as between one man and one woman. Sources say the governor is ready to amend that as being between one man, one woman and one really hot South American chick.

Meanwhile, down here in Buenos Aires, newspapers have found a new topic to talk about besides the fact that we're all dropping like flies because of swine flu. Yeah...remember that Swine Flu that was gonna eradicate all humans from the face of the earth like a month and a half ago? Well, WE STILL GOT IT!

Anyway, the "Sexgate" is what they're calling it. How original of them...

Why would he resign as governor? He's done nothing unlawful, unlike Blago or Spitzer. Of course, I doubt he'll be elected for anything else again.

@El Matardillo: Why? Actually, he may well have broken the law. But even if he didn't, he'll resign b/c he probably doesn't want to talk about this and only this for the next several months. Lots of details to come.

He fled the country without telling anyone, left his phone off and stayed off the radar for a week because something went wrong in his personal life. Should resign for that. I don't think the infidelity matters from a professional point of view (although obviously the Republican party does) but his dereliction of duty when under pressure is unacceptable in a state governor.

@BaldwinPeriphetes: Agreed. Plenty of governors check out from actually doing anything for a week, but at least there whereabouts are still known and there is at least a facade of being engaged.
