    I mean, show me who is the well adjusted, selfless one that the Jackson's are being compared to.

    Haven't you noticed what is going on around you? People are
    behaving very, very badly. Read The New York Times before it goes bye-bye. You will learn something.

    @MelitaPolyhymnia: Uh, some of us got away from dysfunctional families, didn't support them for 20 years and turn ourselves (via many plastic surgeries) into a noseless white woman rather tan a black man. Though we do have Ipods.

    If there were a way they could have had his actual corpse stuffed and mounted, they would take it on a world tour. Every 6 months.
    It's quite sad that these people who leeched off him while he was alive will continue to do so after he's dead.

    @Novaload Wants the Jez 9 Back: I actually think it was quite the opposite. I don't think after a certain time he allowed any of his family to leech off him, which is probably why they are so shark-hungry now. I think the only family member he provided for in any way was his mother. The rest I believe live off Jackson 5 royalties and whatever Jermaine gets for Don't Take it Personal nowadays.

    I think the real trick is if the person that ultimately oversees Jackson's estate can elevate his legacy to a continual, profitable enterprise like Priscilla Presley did for Elvis rather than a one-off musical tribute. I think it's hard. Too much squabbling.

    Well, I'm sure there aren't rides and automatronic robots like Disneyland. They have slave tours in Ghana and Zanzibar and they are beautiful and tasteful. Africans have a very different relationship their history than Americans do. Race isn't an uncomfortable subject. We are the ones with the weird hangups.
