    Um, the sotry suggests he has a dispute with an oil company whose workers were on his property and happened to park his car to block their car and happened to be, um, hunting, i.e., holding a rifle.

    So, yeah, trespassing is probably a charitable characterization of what he was doing.

    Kudos to Beato for dredging this up. I wonder how he came across these legal docs. Also had no idea the amount of influence Drudge had on the cable news.

    The whole payment for linkage deal just goes to show what a wild west new media is. It's dirty, but because it's happening online, where the rules are being rewritten all the time, it's not as egregious as say, running paid content and calling it editorial. Though it's close. #andrewbreitbart
