Having redefined the phrase 'proud family tradition', in three generations the McCains have gone from highly respected five star general to barely tolerable angry troll general to vapid self aggrandizing bloggeress. I am guessing that Megan's children will eventually star in a republican-themed 'reality' dating show. After that? Elephant v. Donkey bumfights.

I feel the majority of the commentariat here have unfairly scoffed at the accomplishments of Lady Meghan. And had Meghan McCain taken a real job, we'd of likely excoriated her for taking a job away from the starving peasant who needed it. The solarium of the dynastic-born contains torments most of us can barely conceive of. While we tie-off and slam schadenfreude into our arteries, Lady Meghan suffers real injustice.

@Hydroceph: Ain't it the truth. I've had salesfolk reassuring me of their honesty before I asked, and it is sort of unnerving. And I really have not experienced one single exception to the rule that whoever told me he was exceptional wasn't, else he wouldn't've had to tell me.

Whoa! Quite the potty mouth on that young lady!

So...I read her "resume", and I still want to know what job she has held, cause there ain't none listed on there. Instead we get a whole heap of after school activities and internships, and writing some crap (or hiring others to do it for you, which is most likely the case with the books).

At least Yglesias has a Preview button, so there's really no excuse.

Funnily, Sullivan rarely has typos or noticeable errors- i know he has a few (proofreading?) interns, but pretty good for a stoner.
