    Interesting that FSG is still going to get to run its own business setup. That contract Straus put together with Holtzbrinck must be so ironclad the lawyers who drew it up should be in Detroit if the Big Three really wanna get the bailout.

    @mladen: It would have been better if those at the helm had any business sense. Never put a poet in charge of anything. You end up with Czechoslovakia.


    Too bad about FSG though, their layoff numbers are closer to 20%.

    the only people who still read books are people in school because they have to


    so if we made everyone in jail (there are over 2 million americans in jail) go to school in jail then there would be more books to sell
