You may be asking the wrong person, but is there anyone, female, male, gay, or straight, that thinks a penis is actually attractive?     @Xylo: Age of consent is indeed, but Canada's child pornography laws are some of the most broad-reaching of any country and don't factor in the age of consent (if that's why you brought it up--maybe I misinterpreted?), at least insofar as what constitutes child pornography. Anything graphical or textual that could be viewed as sexual in nature where the subject is under 18 is illegal, period.

    That being said, I'm not overly familiar with case law for this sort of incident, but I can't see the photographer (who, incidentally, is actually The Peterborough Examiner's photographer) being brought up under criminal charges. However, I'm sure there'll be an uproar when the MSM undoubtedly picks this up and complaints pour in. Personally, I can't wait to see if the CBC runs the story just to read the comments. If you ever feel like a fun exercise in reading some of the most ignorantly partisan comments on the Internet, just hop on over to www.cbc.ca and find any politically charged and/or controversial topic and enjoy the cornucopia of extreme demagogy from every political sphere.
