    Um, this amusement park ride is competing for MA funds against the Perkins School for the Blind (among other worthier organizations). Not to get all "Misplaced Priorities" on the rock star, but why not organize a concert to raise money to restore the carousel rather than being a cheap asshole who sends his fans to a website to make an ill-informed vote?

    I will allow myself to have some snark about that album. Is dude a talented songwriter, and a good producer? Sure thing. But his voice grates, oh how it grates on me. Also, I've know one too many frazzled post collegiate dudes that think that the answers to the great mysteries of the unvierse could be found somewhere between their copy of that record and their one-hitter, if they just keep looking...

    No, seriously, look. Just, alright, fuck Indie music and being cool okay? Just listen to that album and hear the lyrics. If you're at work kick open a browser and just read them.
