    Not the least bit surprised that this guy is from Long Island.

    Also, I am from Long Island. There are nice people here, don't get me wrong. But there are also millions of people like this guy. People I meet in the city are sometimes surprised that I'm single, and then I tell them I'm from LI and they understand.

    What an asshole. This guy is huge and Snookie is like 4'11". In the video, he clearly took a full on swing at her with a closed fist. He meant to knock the shit out of her.

    And another article listed his age as 33. I think that is correct because he is a rough looking 23.

    For those interested in the Rubber Room, there was a documentary of the same name, and This American Life did an extensive story on it.

    In short, there are teachers who have spent years there, and will likely spend the rest of their career there for lack of being able to get a different job.

    @Perhaps Not: Heh. I grew up in Arkansas, and I prefer to think it's not the asshole of the universe, but I'll grant that it's probably the taint. However, every time another news report would come out about how we were next-to-last in education or prenatal care or whatever, we'd just say, "At least we're not Mississippi!"
