Times' Little Douche Scoop
There it is at the bottom of A1 of the Gray Lady, the news that use of the word "douche" has exploded this year on network TV. "As a writer, you’re always reaching for a more potent way to call somebody a jerk," Dan Harmon, the creator of "Community," said about the word "douche." "This is a word that has evolved in the last couple of years — a thing that sounds like a thing you can’t say."
Frak yes!
Douche defenders also point to its frequent use in the 1990s by Andy Sipowicz on NYPD Blue. But that show also brought us a shot of Dennis Franz' ass, right? So maybe we don't want to go there.
Presumably, "Dr. No" went all Sparta by turning down his Socialistical government-paid single-payer health care provided by US taxpayers, and likewise didn't use his staff or his clout to cut through the dozens of denials that everyone else in the country accepts as a "benefit" of "enjoying" the Greatest Health Care System In The World?
Oh. He didn't. So should we call him "Dr. Maybe"? #politics
Corollary to #4: Friendship also means saying you can't comment on how you told your friend to have his parents pay off his mistress, on account of doctor-patient confidentiality, even though your friend is a dude and you're a gynecologist that no thinking woman in the world would let near her wrong spot. #politics
Which Thermopylae are we talking about? The one where Leonidas dies or the one where Glabrio and Cato the Elder (who Tom seems a lot like) defeat Antiochus III? #politics
So if I wanted to post something here about how that correction queen Alessandra Stanley has nasty things to say about Tina Fey's performance on 30 Rock[tv.nytimes.com] , I could put it here, perhaps with a photo, and then add various tags?
see, the new look is you take your old banker suit and cut the sleeves off of that motherfucker. then you put it on, run 2 miles and promptly shit yourself.

It is not known if he used the sharp edge of his shovel for this procedure but she says he didn't ask before he snipped her tubes.

"I kill them," he said with relish, "by slicing their heads off with the sharp edge of a shovel."
He beheads the snakes, not the armadillos.
From Tulsa World:
So, what happens to the armadillos Coburn traps at his home?
"One of two things," the physican-turned-politician explained.
"I either put ‘em in the back of my pickup and take 10 or 15 miles away from my property or I shoot ‘em." #politics
