    It may be kind of telling that in a story about a survey of UK publishers, 70% of the respondents would like to charge for content, but for some reason, the Guardian didn't list themselves among the members.

    Now, maybe the Guardian isn't a member of the group or maybe they're not planning to charge, but didn't want to close that door or quite possibly, they just didn't want to be the canary in a coal mine.
