How does that affair run parallel with trying to score homo teen sex while legislating against gay equality, again?
Edwards's affair is disrespectful but not abusive to his wife, and does not detract from his standing as a reformer or mean he's a bad person.
Verdict: Not Guilty. Pereene is hereby ordered to desist in all attempts to bring Edwards into custody of Shame Cave.

Too bad you weren't around when they were screaming for Spitzer's head, who admittedly, was breaking the law, but also trying to swat down the bastards on Wall Street. He called the financial melt down in February of this year, no one cared though. He truly wanted to protect the consumer, so... off with his head?

furthermore edwards never did a single goddamn thing in his fancy-talkin' political career to address the issue of poverty until after he lost in 2004 and left the senate, that legislative body where he might once have introduced a single bill aimed at helping the poor instead of co-sponsoring lieberman's "let's invade iraq NOW" initiative. but whatevs! he's a democrat so i gotta like him!

Every time some guy gets caught chasing the teeny girls, the uproar and outrage is more of the, "that's bullshit, she was almost legal anyway, and you know how girls are blah blah blah" kind. Not to mention the wink and the nod to the guy in question for being such a stud.
