Ryan, thanks so much for posting this! It makes me feel much better about the project I've been dragging myself through today.
I'm writing a bear of of a business case study, and the process looks very much like that animation (except that I also tend to paste big ugly chunks of notes into my document, rewrite 20% of them into finished sentences and then delete 80% back out again).
I no longer feel so alone in my sysiphean struggle to roll thi $@#%&*ing boulder up this hill (roll five steps upward, slide four steps back, repeat).
