seriously the conclusion here is infuriating but it wouldn't be 2009 gawker without some completely unfounded sensationalistic conclusion that implies the writer has absolutely no knowledge of the subject at hand. where are richard and alex?

I'm sorry for getting everyone excited and worried, but there's no story here aside from me stupidly posting a picture from the hospital right as my iPhone decides to die. I was there getting a finger fixed that I had accidentally dislocated. Sorry it wasn't the parking lot showdown you guys were expecting, but I'll try to get to more potluck parties in Astoria to make it happen for you. Thank you for featuring my hospital visit, but I don't want it to take away from the the Eagle's glorious victory. Go birds!

Handing out ass-kickings to the Cowboys and Giants within three weeks is football heaven.

Thank God someone here acknowledges reality and doesn't act like the world's about roses and fairies. I've said it before and I'll say it again -- if you walk into the lion's den with a steak suit on, you're going to get mauled. Doesn't mean it's right, it's just the way it is.

Sure, maybe someone beat him up simply because he was wearing an Eagles jersey. Or, maybe he got drunk and physical about the Eagles win and ended up getting pushed away in response. Who knows at this point? All I'm saying is that there's a possibility for both sides to be wrong here, not just one.
And how do we know he didn't just drink too much and get alcohol poisoning? Can Eagles fans not handle their liquor?

But for the sake of being a human being, I hope he's ok :p

(Though should they make it to the Superbowl, they will lose to the Steelers. Here we go, Steelers, Here we go...)
