I was unaware of the conservationist nature of hunting endangered animals with lasers while skydiving, or whatever awful thing it is that they do up there.

Once you get that, you don't just get cash, you've got America by the balls. Now it's your turn to sue the fed and have those pesky Alaskans removed from their homes. Say it's "for the greater good" or something; we don't care as long as gas doesn't hit $3.50 again.
If that's not enough you can move them to Arizona or Mexico or somewhere where the sun will make them melt, or maybe go the opposite route and make them live on a melting glacier with a live internet feed. I'll watch!
But you've gotta start soon, there isn't much time. Think of it as the space race...except going opposite of up. #polarbears
