I don't know what they are researching, but at the end of this process and the powerpoints there will be one and only answer: Commemorative t-shirts!

well caa, i'd like to see your aggressive, secret-piven-admiring little weasel agents make a patronizing attempt at gleaning some sort of lesson from jackson's death. also, i worry about profit. i know you can't build an office based on the sets of "men in black" on good intentions. maybe jamie foxx as lead in a biopic?

@shostakobitch: On behalf of the several talent agents that I'm acquainted with, I cannot remain silent on your baseless slur of their character.

They make no secret of their Ari Piven admiration and its suitability as their role model. None whatsoever.

They said they were "truly saddened." What more do you want?

Hey, there are a lot of pliant youngsters out there with no pied piper to turn to now. CAA knows they make tasty eating, if you can get them to imprint on you.

Well, clearly a lot of celebrities are looking at the events of the past weekend and wondering "could a sordid drug-induced death be the right career move for me?" And CAA is there for them, thank goodness!

Perhaps they're trying to figure out the slant of how to cover an MJ special for one of their clients?

Agree with the unsuitability of the poll results, however. May as well ask the junior agents to throw darts at an answer board scrawled with a Sharpie across an intern's bared chest.
