Bullshit-spouting fancy juice maker POM is currently locked in a battle with the FTC over its right to tell you about the made-up things pomegranate juice does for you. So, no better time to debut those fake sex-aid claims, right?

The FTC has filed suit against POM, the overpriced juice that looks a lot like blood. Apparently pomegranate juice does not have "super health powers," nor does it contribute to the "fight against cardiovascular, prostate, and erectile health." Bummer.

Pom, the maker of wildly expensive pomegranate juice products, is suing the Federal Trade Commission for infringing on Pom's First Amendment right to tell you, the consumer, any old thing about how great pomegranate juice is.
