    It's all Palin's got: someone/some entity is always up to wronging her, be it the Librul Media, Katie Couric, the McCain people who hated her, talk show hosts, the trouper, Levi the impregnator. I'm sure the list is long. Why, even the wolves of Alaska couldn't just be quiet, decent wolves. They had to piss her off too.

    This is the actual text of the joke: "One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game -- during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez."


    No matter how offensive and sexist you consider that joke to be, it's a despicable slander to admit that it was supposed to be about Bristol Palin -- whose "knocked up" condition Sarah Palin herself paraded to the world -- and still continually refer to it with the "r"-word. The only possible reason for this libel is the idea that if you repeat it often enough, people will start to associate it with Letterman even though it's false.


    Again, this is not to defend the joke itself, just a complaint against conservatives lying about it to make it seem far worse than it was.
