    how interesting could this cast be, coming from DC? the lineup looks as bland as i'd expected. can't believe i'm saying this, but i'd rather watch an entire season of ramona (rhnyc) over one episode of these two wannabes.

    This thing is creating national news and getting politics in tabloid culture...

    Really? This is about politics and not more reality show crap? This will get people to pay closer attention to the health care bill and the war in Afghanistan and the climate debate and a bipartisan amendment to increase insurance benefits for women through yearly screenings?

    I'm not sure about that.

    Wait, wasn't Danielle NJ (Prostitution Whore) arrested for all kinds of crack-whoring and kidnapping, generating the worst mug shot evah, and cementing herself as numero uno "skanky-coogerrrer, manic depressive who vomits and has diarrhea at the thought of Dina and Caroline?" (Because this is what I thought.) Ditz-a-batty Teresa didn't flip that table 'cause her evolutionary chart wonder wig was too tight.

    If Michaele can top all that, she'll go in the Real Housewives hall of fame for sure. But I'll need much more drama. This White House stunt is at a 4.2.

    Judging by my Thanksgiving conversations, just about the only thing Americans are united on right now is the fact that these people are freaks, and it's appalling that security was so lax. I think it would squander some of this rare unity for some of us to ironically enjoy watching them on their own reality TV show.

    Throw them under the bus, get them out of my face forever, and bring me the alternate/waiting list DC whores for my Housewives amusement. There are plenty of them.

    @Tchotchke: I thought she never got a "lump sum," and she had been describing it all along as "seven figures" anyway. Which would provide a very nice lifestyle, but I can't see how her bullshit Louboutin-delivery service would be remotely sustainable at a maximum of $9,999,999 to live on for the rest of her life.

    @sanyucat: Oh, I was just being sarcastic. Her whole demeanor grates on my nerves--be it the fake, whispery voice, the forced laugh, her freakishly Madonna-esque biceps or her arrogance. She drives me up the wall. Sorry, I could go on for days about how much I can't stand her and the rest of the Atlanta women. The other casts are heinous, but at least I find them amusing. I can't say the same for the Atlanta cast.

    But yeah, I get the sense that all those women in that cast are living on credit and borrowed time.
