Giving Bravo a medal for contributing to this media-fed swampfest is like giving Dracula props for all that he has done on behalf of improving blood banks.
@SanFranLefty: If they had women living in, like, Chevy Chase or Bethesda, I could deal with that, but Warren county is a good 90 minutes from DC...even without traffic.
Oh, Bravo put them up to this stunt and like the fameballs they are, they eagerly accepted. Bravo was definately filming at their September 19th polo match on the National Mall.
@misslinda: If they're shooting out in Hunt Country, that could well be them. I expect a DC version of the show to have much more conservative clothing, but equally outrageous behavior.
@MsCongeniality: It's possible to dress conservatively yet fashionable at the same time. These women, however, look like they're on the way to the mall to hit up the sale rack at Casual Corner.
@BowlingForDollars: Never fear, grasshopper, General Electric has a huge legal department not to mention half of the BigLaw firms on permanent retainer.
The Obama Administration should boycott NBC and MSNBC and kick them out of the WH press pool for a few months to jab a fork in their eyes.
Uh, not to be Debbie Downer, but there's a reason why you wait a trimester before telling people. Especially if you're 38.
The cynic in me says she isn't pregnant and there is going to be a very sad arc of her new show dealing with a miscarriage. The hopeful undead part of my heart is crossing my fingers and knocking on wood because whew honey. You are 38. #bethennyfrankel
@Atilla the Bun: Is it? I'm nearing that box and from what I've heard it's not only being that age; it's also never having a child before that raises the risk (though who knows. Maybe B. had a kid at some point that was adopted or something). #bethennyfrankel
@Trulymadlyme: The chances of having a miscarriage before the age of 35 are 15%. Between the ages of 35-45, it's 20-35%, with the percentage going up as the age goes up.
It's certainly higher-risk than if she were 20, but it still does not exactly qualify as truly "high risk." My sister just carried and had a baby at 38 and she was concerned about complications because of her age, but it was not considered a high-risk pregnancy. #bethennyfrankel

If it takes bravo to show how sucky security is a a state dinner, they should be given a medal of freedom.
