    This reminds me of NJ governor Jim McGreevy who got nailed for corruption and made his resignation speech about being a "gay-American." WTF does that mean? Don't deflect your corruption into other people's homophobia, because that isn't remotely the reason you got into trouble.

    Also, can you rewrite this almost to the word, just changing a little here and there, and address it to Skip Gates?

    Seriously. For people who care about these issues, these whinings take up time and energy. For people who don't, they give them an excuse to say, "See? They'll cry about anything just to be the victim."
