@Slovenly Muse: I remember reading an article in the wake of Borat about how meticulous SBC is regarding the machinations of his stunts, specifically the legal aspects. He has a crack team of lawyers who are experts in the sort of legal jujitsu a person in his position would need to sufficiently cover one's ass--and win the inevitable lawsuits.
