    This is the stupidest debate yet. The reason we didn't put them in prison to begin with is not because we were afraid our prisons couldn't hold them, but because we a) didn't want to ask Congress to, God forbid, declare war for the first time since 1941, which would have made them POWs and b) didn't want to try them as criminals because that would have acknowledged they have rights. And every good conservative knows that when you pick up a 13-year-old on the battlefield, the last thing you want to give that kid is rights.
