    Every time some female reality show contestant announces her age, there are inevitable snipes on blogs and message boards that there is no possible way for her to be as young as she claims. Yet here we have direct evidence that someone who is really 23 years old can appear to be on the north side of 40. (Actually, Ms. Lohan looks like the disastrous result of a 40+ woman who's trying too hard to convince the world she's still in her 20s.)

    How much of this is from hard living and how much is from messing with the already near-perfection of youthful skin? If I could have 23-yr-old skin again, there ain't no way I'd be injecting shit into it. Unless I was totally insecure and really mentally unstable and...

    @Claire Buoyant: I know the partying has taken a toll on her looks, but the injections and fillers are only making it worse. I know she has a lot of problems, but I find the alterations to her face the most disconcerting thing about her.
