Life is tough when you look kind of like 13, but not so pretty.

God, every story I hear about getting cast in a primetime network drama over thousands of other vapid young hopefuls gets more and more heartbreaking.

Clearly they're going to get paid for the work they've done, so call your agent and ask where your fucking checks are.

Oh, and welcome to show business.

Wait, is she trying to say that acting doesn't provide job security? That's crazy talk...

Oh, gee, turns out that show business doesn't offer you fucking job security. Think on this the next time you make a snide remark about how you could never work in a cubicle with all the other zombies, darling.

@thatgirlinnewyork: I've had a pile of Phoenix furniture lying around for years, completely useless.

And you should see my Ottawa ottoman. In New York, it can't even hold up your feet.

No joke, one of the actors on this show, Nico Tortorella, was in my geometry class. Nice enough, but a little vain. I was jealous of his premature success, though, so the series' quick abortion is good news to me.
