    Part of me wishes Trump would go ahead and call Swinton a terrorist, since that's what he means, and maybe the ad absurdem would help people understand how sick and dangerous it is to toss that term around as carelessly as we have post-Bushie.

    Someone tell me, please, why do you have to file papers to take on your name by marriage? And what do you file? Isn't it just by convention?
    I've been married for a long time, but I never changed my name, and now I'm sort of glad, given the whole procedural nature of the matter.

    @Wannabeer: All I did was get a new social security card, which was super easy with no added fee. I hear you have to pay a fee if you change your name for reasons other than marriage, or if you're reverting back to your maiden name.

    I wonder if it's more complicated for Heidi because she may have incorporated her name. She's a producer and probably has other businesses under her name too. Just guessing.
