The American Idol Tour will be like a United Color of Benetton ad. Look! We have a blind guy, a Christian guy, something sparkly for the gays, a sister from the 'hood, a girl who cutters can look up to, an oil-riggin' redneck, tween bait, and of course, Anoop.

AI is pretty screwed this year. Anytime they have singers like Anoop, Scott and Mike Sarver in the Top 10--there's some serious problems. I'm afraid (or more like hoping) they act as spoilers and start to kick off the more talented acts. Heh, it's fun that way.

When she was singing Jolene, to me she looked EXACTLY like Dolly Parton, but with less hair.

Her performance was awful though, but definitely not the worst.

I like how they trot out "This is the unbelievable life you can have if you win" with Carrie Underwood MOMENTS before they snatch it away from the Carrie Underwood wanna be. Nyah Nyah Alexis.

It was about as distasteful as that dopey dress Carrie had on.

Speaking of which: when the hell is Project Runway coming back?
