Frozen Cheesy Chicken Dinners Prepackaged with Salmonella
It's tainted food recall week! First it was undercooked SpaghettiO's meatballs, now it's Marie Callender's Cheesy Chicken and Rice frozen dinners. The producer, ConAgra Foods Inc., recalled the meals over salmonella fears. About 800,000 packages are in stores. [Reuters]
SpaghettiO's Recalled for Undercooked Meat
A food plant in Texas between December 2008 and this June canned undercooked meat in 15 million pounds of SpaghettiO's. Campbell Soup Company has recalled three types of SpaghettiO's, though there have been no reports of illness. Yum! [AP]
