    The dogs aren't trained to bark when they "sense" drugs or illegal material. Anyone that's been asked to have a vehicle searched by Border Patrol or Customs know better than to deny a car search, especially if you know there is nothing to hide.

    What a jackass. What is the BFD if someone wants to check out your car, unless you have something to hide? Not saying it is constitutional, I'll leave that to others.

    The fact is that he was asserting his legal right to not be searched without a warrant. It's in the Constitution, a little thing called the fourth amendment.


    And yeah, I also think bashing a guys head until he needs 11 stitches just because he asserted his legal rights is a bit excessive. Even if he is an annoying Republican preacher.

    "Anti-terrorism checkpoint?" The Border Patrol set up those checkpoints between San Diego and Phoenix years ago, because the area is a major crossing point for illegal aliens.
