A young Texas cop is being investigated after using a stun gun on a 76-year-old driver with expired tags in an incident caught on the police cruiser's dash cam.

Police in Stockholm have reportedly discovered drugs and a stun gun on the tour bus of World’s Worst Baby Monkey Mother Justin Bieber.

For years, watchdog groups have been warning that the allegedly "nonlethal" Taser is not, in fact, nonlethal, based upon circumstantial evidence such as, you know, a lot of dead people. Taser has always disputed that, because it would be bad for business. Now comes science.
