Rude Dog and the Dweebs: War of the Dweebs
In 1989 Sun Sportswear decided to market it's "Rude Dog" clothing line with a cartoon. The show is full of bull-terriers driving Cadillacs and neon colors that speak to a generation of children with an innate desire to be impolite.
