The law finally caught up with scofflaw Amanda Bynes yesterday when she was pulled over by police in Burbank, California, and cited for driving with a suspended license.

Mere hours after she was ordered by an L.A. Superior Court Judge to quit driving with a suspended license, actress Amanda Bynes was involved in yet another accident while driving around West Hollywood in her black BMW.
