David Carradine Death Photo Rules Out Suicide |

** On a side note, we'd like to thank Gawker for the link but we find it humorous that their ilk would have the nerve to take a shot at us. But then again, if anyone is going to know shoddy - It's that group. We are not hosting the photo, the photo is hosted by iReport - which last time I checked was owned by CNN.
We posted the following as a response but should it vanish - here it is:

Shoddy? Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? This from the organization that brings us not only Gawker, but Defamer, Suicide Girls and - lets not forget that staple of integrity and human rights - Fleshbot.

On another note, according to "Slate" people who do this erotic activity tend to constrict or bind their hands, sometimes so securely they can't get lose.
Article is SFW and gentle.

My point in all this is that the picture could easily be of someone else who suffered a similar fate, or could be 100% faked. There have been quite a few suspicious deaths in Thailand recently. The police are bumbling, corrupt stooges. It will be interesting to see what intensified international interest in pressure will do in this situation, if anything.

The photograph--while gruesome--you describe as: humiliating.
Isn't that a major component of S&M: humiliation?
Is all the fuss over:
1) The public life v. The private life of an actor coming to light posthumously, leaving unanswered questions?
2) The decline of journalism standards by way of a NJ-based link farm?
I'm confused...

to follow your line of reasoning, he shouldn't have written the post at all and left you to get the news from fox or cnn or whatev
wtf

Also, I haven't checked the mission statement for Fleshbot lately, but I doubt "integrity and human rights" has much to do with it (except maybe in so far as every human has the right to orgasm).

Please do not lecture me on investigative usage, forensics, etc. I am also sort of aware of that too. I still believe it is shameful for this photo to have been made public.
