1 - There is no such thing as a creative ad agency. They are all corporate censorship machines. 2 - 99% of "creative" advertising employees only work at agencies because they've failed at what they actually wanted to do for a living. The 1% who work there by choice are sociopaths. Don't glamorize these people, they do far more harm than good!
