A friend of mine recently got roped into a pyramid scheme that involves selling video phones (hello, 1995). She showed me the promotional video that features...Donald Trump, who apparently endorses the company. She and her "colleagues" above her were really impressed by this and seemed to think it was a sure thing, and she's so sweet I didn't have the heart to point out what you have above, that his "business success" is mostly smoke & mirrors.
It's hilarious that he's giving these clearly vulnerable "stars" money advice and mentoring. It's probably a shitty deal away from doing Cash 4 Gold commercials with Ed McMahon and MC Hammer.
I'm no businessman, but isn't it kinda hard to lose money in gambling when you're "the house". Or did his operation have several "Oceans 11"-style heists that we don't know about?
