I've heard rhinoceros pooh makes excellent fertilizer for your garden: very high in nitrogen.

But never use giraffe pooh in your garden: the high level of minerals will kill your plants.

@Zira: Elephant dung is good but you have to compost it a long time or it will burn everything. When Ringling Brothers comes to town they give it away to anyone who wants to come scoop it.

I still prefer the American approach of "HEY STUPID! I'M GOING TO YELL AT YOU TO BUY THIS USELESS CRAP FOR THE NEXT 30 SECONDS!"

It's clever, but whenever something gets really meta like this, I'm reminded of why I don't like John Barth stories.

The best Weekly World newses were about the senate being full of space aliens. I miss this paper very much. It made much more sense than the other hot sheets.

Their other major fixation, inter-species progeny, deserves a mention, too. See: woman who gave birth to puppies; cat who gave birth to puppies, etc.

Does anyone remember the short-lived Weekly World News TV show? The only segment I recall was about some primitive tribe of people that discovered a picture of Don King floating down a river and, consequently, started worshiping him. They would dance around chanting/singing while holding upside down brooms that had craft store eyes glued onto them, and things of that nature. It was glorious.
