I mean, facebook has so many things to criticize:
- Lack of profit. The striking proportion of popular acclaim and success compared to negative revenue. White elephant.
- Purely VC funded. They come out of the wood work.
- Snotty employees, Young fuckwits who'll never get hired anywhere after FB. Think ex-Bush cabinet, karma is gone.
- User content - See "Music", "Pictures", "Video blog". When everyone is saturating the intertubes with shit, it defeats the purpose of a single, objective database.
- Potential profit (Private data, userlogs): "stalker" statistics, which is the only thing users will never give up
- Groups: Nothing comes of it, no real benefits to society
- Blogging: No one cares what you say. It's not important. You're better not talking.
- Connectivity: You're infront of a fucking computer terminal
- Connections, Progress: Like you're connecting with wealthy businessmen? LOL. YEAH MAN. I KNOW A GUY WHO KNOWS A GUY.
- Benevolence, Love: Talking about yourself is more "Love of self" than "love one another"
- Pictures. Wait until boss see's them
- The girl/boy you lust over on facebook - Doesn't like you. Give up. Trust me, they will find another asshole to grow up and have children with while you suffer.
- Your time. You could be working, thinking, making a nice CV, which usually earns you more than a self-serving facebook profile.
- Your music: It fucking sucks.
- You're videoblog: You're mug is ugly, you're wit (aka opinion) doesn't work much better. Ugly people always say, "Look inside", well, it's worse there.

- Facebook creating a proprietary "widget economy" to get ideas (Zuckerberg trying to emulate Bill Gates w/ dependency on a single model? The hubris of it?)
- "Make widgets for FB", which aren't portable anywhere else, and money will "Trickle" down to you!
- Useless, childish shit that came out of it
- How the childish sheep embraced them.
- People who kill over facebook messages
- Anti-facebook "boycott" threats inside groups on facebook.com
- Users are dumb, cocky, naive, and lack self-awareness even when refreshing their own profile page
- Widget developers are cocky, VC funded and gullible
- The CNN ad agreements "Be apart of history" by posting you're "Oh so important" opinion.
The fact that in spite of the above FACEBOOK, FACEBOOK USERS and FACEBOOK DEVELOPERS the place still is spoken of in a serious tone. Facebook is a sign of our society. Everyone's a peer-pressured, narcissistic, self-centered prick.

I have a hard enough time keeping up with my "real" friends and family. Facebook just exacerbates the guilt.
Oh, and mom just joined and posted a bunch of hideous photos of me, and is always putting embarrassing comments by my "event acceptance" notices, like: "Did you go? Did you get some good networking done?"
Shut Up, Facebook.
