Instead of wrecking the environment and killing defenseless animals while advocating for the population soar out of control with breeding hillbillies, Biden just kinda chuckles about staying home when you're sick.

I don't think he's stupid, I think he has no filter between his head and his mouth. Additionally, the difference between him and Sarah Palin is that I don't get the impression from Joe Biden that his eventual goal is to be President.
