@UGAdawg: "DMV"-ers represent! I haven't watched the show in years. A local blog released where they would hang out, but the list contained places I'd rather avoid so I never encountered them, or their cameras.
@Helio: I don't blame you. I'd rather keep my distance. I hope they go old school with filming this one. I'd love to see a RW where each one has their own job and not involved in a contrived scheme. It brings a lot of dimension if you let each one have a life outside the house that DOESN'T involve the other cast members. You get to see who they really are. The whole sex crazed alcohol fueled shenanigans can get quite old. That's why I stopped watching a long time ago. Plus they seem to cast the same people. The saintly female from an overprotective life. You have the bitch. The girl with issues ranging from an eating disorder or sexual abuse. You have either the hard core leftest or right winger. The militant black guy. The frat boy. The guy who's homophobic. Lastly there's the one who's afraid to come out the closet to his or her mates. Let me know if I left anyone out.
@UGAdawg: hmm, i don't ever remember a hardcore leftist. And as for hardcore right wingers, I think i conflated them with whoever the judgy uber christian was. This person may or may not have also been homophobic.
This seems like a throw back to old school real world. I'm just hoping they don't have a contrived job that forces them to spend time together and be horrible, horrible employees.
