Considering the vagaries of the word "biweekly" and the fact that we're talking about the New Yorker, the correct rumor should be that they are going to be publishing fortnightly in the near future.

And they probably will be by the end of the year.

AP (WASHINGTON, D.C.) Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner unveiled more details of the Obama administration's bank bailout plan in Washington today.

"Banks: stabilize out, or shut the fuck up," Geithner said like he meant it.

The Dow closed the day up 497 points.
