In the wake of a shocking Rolling Stone story documenting the University of Virginia's "institutional indifference" to rape and sexual assault, UVA President Teresa Sullivan issued a statement on Saturday declaring all of the school's fraternities immediately suspended until January 9.

Police in Virginia say that they have found the remains of a body that could be that of missing UVA student Hannah Graham. The body was discovered in an abandoned property near Albemarle County, which is where the body of another missing Virginia Tech student was discovered in 2010.

After police in Charlottesville searched the apartment of a UVA nursing assistant seen by eyewitnesses with his arm around Hannah Graham's waist on the night she went missing, the Daily Mail reports that authorities say they have no probable cause to arrest him.
