The question they avoid is, why didn't you sue the bahstahds if you're innocent? Anybody can sue anybody for any reason in this land of the brief. That Elvis daughter sued some rag that said she was fat. Bonds sued some rag that said he was a druggy. Everybody saw that, and nobody maybe remembers the suits were summarily dismissed or dropped.

There's a cottage industry within defamation law dedicated almost solely to suits claiming that it's defamatory to insinuate situations that lead the general public to picture an otherwise pretty lady with a liver-spotted ballsack blanketing her chin. I think she's got a case!
