Millions of dollars worth of cigarettes have already washed up on shore after hundreds of Maersk shipping containers fell off a ship during a particularly rough storm earlier this month.

Huge surging waves nearly forty feet high off the coast of Northern Spain have been crashing onto land and washing people out to sea.

A man fishing on the beach alone at Point Reyes National Seashore was swept out to sea and killed on Monday. Witnesses said the fisherman was trying to retrieve his ice chest, which was pulled off the beach by the surf.
