    The problem is the damn ".0" Where was Web 2.3, eh? It should just be Web I, Web II, etc. It sends a message about unnecessary trendiness in technology forecasting and is easier to carve on Doric architecture.

    the information in those documents will have to be turned into data that a machine can read and evaluate on its own
