Authors Robert Scoble and Shel Israel got halfway naked at the last Bay Area TechCrunch party. Now someone calling himself "Silicon Valley Guy" offers a bounty for a photo of a streaker at the next bash.

The Techcrunch Party on August 18th is being called the web 2.0 party of the year. I will pay $200 for the best streaker photo at this party. I will pay an addtional $100 if the streaker is pictured with Michael Arrington.

The streaking would add an extra level of "what the hell" to what promises to be the biggest Valley schmoozefest of the season. No word on whether Arrington's guards will be checking for suspicious characters with easily removed clothing.
